Each ECP Global client team is led by one partner who is responsible for coordinating the overall effort in cooperation with the client decision-maker. Our reporting line is only to our clients. We have no corporate multinational headquarters to intervene in operations or relationships or impose financial strictures or overhead of no value other than cost to clients.
Our entire energy is focused on delivering superior results, outperforming client expectations and developing long-term beneficial relationships.
ECP Global partners meet several times a year to share best practices, discuss client campaigns and further develop our services and management practices.
By working in close cooperation across national boundaries, ECP Global eliminates our clients’ burden of designing and implementing international public relations initiatives. Client activity is led by partners in consultation with our clients. Clients can choose to have one firm take the lead in an engagement including managing the campaign and coordinating additional member or non-member resources as appropriate. Or, they can choose to work directly with several ECP Global partners in close collaboration with local country management. In this way, we ensure the flexibility to employ whatever resources are best suited to the need. This ensures the flexibility to engage only those ECP Global partners best suited to the program requirements and eliminates any implicit obligation to engage all offices of a single global entity regardless of their abilities or suitability to the task.
Instead, our efforts are fully client-centric; we are equally comfortable working with internal client resources as well as non-ECP Global agencies and suppliers. We have, in fact, helped clients build such integrated ECP Global/non-ECP Global teams where client needs dictate or to ensure coverage in a geography where we may not have a partner or a subject matter specialist among our partners.
